Aces Racing Dealer Return Policy
We strive to offer high-quality products and service to all our dealers. Please review our return policy below:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of sale.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Mounted seats or items showing signs of use will not qualify as new.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

Original Shipping Deduction: The original shipping cost (actual amount paid by Aces Racing) will be deducted from the return refund.

Restocking Fee: If any item is returned damaged, a restocking fee will apply. Mounted seats are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Bracket Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when exchanging brackets.

Closeout Items: No returns or exchanges are accepted on closeout or clearance items.

Drop Ship Accounts: Dealers with drop ship accounts are fully responsible for organizing returns, exchanges, and covering all related costs. Aces Racing will not provide shipping information to the dealer’s customers under any circumstances.

Incorrect Shipments: In the event that Aces Racing ships the wrong item, we will cover all necessary costs to get the correct product exchanged, including return and replacement shipping.
